1. General
GT3 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products
GT3 offers carefully selected Super Master (SM) products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the original brands whose designs they may be inspired by. Product descriptions and images are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Minor differences in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on GT3 are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, GT3 reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
GT3 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Incorrect customer information is provided.
If payment has already been received for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to weather, holidays, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
GT3 reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or replacement.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Treat our delivery team and customer support staff with courtesy and respect.
GT3 reserves the right to refuse service or future orders from customers who engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior toward our employees, delivery personnel, or representatives.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, product photos (unless otherwise credited), and design elements, belongs to GT3 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
GT3 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
